At the conclusion of a judgement debtor examination, ask the judgment debtor how many cash they have in their purse, wallet, and pockets. If they agree, you can write down the amount. If they refuse to comply, it is okay.
If the judgment creditor has cash in their wallet, you should write it down on your turnover form. Ask the judge politely to sign your turnover orders. They refused. According to the laws in our State (recite only the numbers of the laws), the debtor should disclose to the court the contents of their wallet so I may ask for the court’s signature on my turnover order. It is impossible to predict what will happen next. “What happens next cannot be predicted.” Usually, the judge will direct the judgment debtor’s cash to the bailiff. The bailiff then hands it over.
